  • We all aspire to live life with the kind of smile that emanates from the inside out. To be able to achieve our dreams and make them happen, to be open to receiving our own version of success and be able to embrace it.

Yoga gives flow to our body and mind, NLP channels that flow in the direction we want to go and hypnotherapy can break unconscious patterns and release emotional trauma and set us free to look to the future with fresh vitality.

We all have the power to release blocks in our lives that result from old limiting beliefs we hold in our minds. These manifest in stiff backs and hunched shoulders, habitual negative language and repetitive patterns in relationships with others and ourselves. With the power of movement our bodies become free, with the power of NLP our minds become free.

Cat has practiced yoga for ten years and teaching since 2009 and has been fascinated by NLP since her diploma in 2007.  Inspired by NLP World, Cat Duval qualified as a Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner in Jan 2014 including taking up the rare chance to qualify in Time Based Techniques and is now one of the few who can offer this service to clients.  Since then she has helped people overcome fears, phobias and anxieties. Cat is driven by a deep desire to empower people to use thiese skills for to further their own development.  She draws inspiration from the core parallels between yoga and principles of NLP combines these practices to create programmes to support people to shed unwanted patterns and embody their highest potential.

Cat has a passion for personal development and a creative flair that spills over into all she does. She owns  Nine Lives Yoga and creates opportunities for people to connect to the body and eachother, build confidence, fulfil aspirations and have fun in the process. She organises positive visualisation sessions, workshops, one to ones, couples sessions, corporate yoga teambuilding, public events and yoga parties for special occasions.

Cat has worked with blue chip companies such as Nokia, GCap Media, Vodafone, NPower, Shell, Morgan Stanley and the Royal Bank of Scotland with outstanding results.

Most recently Nine Lives Yoga launched ‘NLP for yoga teachers’ workshops and delivered partner yoga workshops with teacher trainees at Feel Hot Yoga in Hertfordshire.

Each session is tailored to your goals. All you need is the commitment to change.

Inside us all is the infinite capacity to shine, we rarely need the permission from others it’s about giving ourselves permission. If I can help you flick those switches that dim your spirit, then you can empower yourself to take charge of your future and illuminate the world.
